About Us
The Service - Juniper Consultancy Services Limited (hereinafter Juniper) offers two types of technical report for purchase. The first group consists of a number of new technical reports which are available only in pdf format for download off our website. The second group consists of a number of earlier reports which were published in printed and CD-ROM format and which can be purchased subject to availability of the preferred format. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or suspend this Service (or any part of it) without notice to you and shall not be liable to you if we exercise these rights.

Reports are purchased through our ordering system, which is available direct on www.wastereports.com or via the appropriate links on the main Juniper website (www.juniper.co.uk). The ordering system consists of a shopping catalogue and a secure payments gateway.

If you have any suggestions or comments or if you have any difficulties with the web ordering system, please email us at juniper@wastereports.com. We are available on UK business hours, Monday to Friday from 08.30 to 17.30.

All Technical Reports available from the company are copyright to Juniper Consultancy Services Ltd.

Reports may not be copied or given, lent or resold, either in part or in whole, to any third party. You may not file the report on a server which is used by other parties. You may not display the contents in whole or in part on your, or your company's, internal or external website.
Juniper shall not be responsible for your use of the Report. You shall be responsible for complying with any applicable data protection, copyright and other legislation and regulations.
Reports purchased by trade associations and 'umbrella' organisations are for use only by the internal secretariat of the organisation. Reports may not be copied or distributed to members, or to sister or affiliated organisations.

If you view the shopping basket before checking out, you will be able to delete items if you so wish. Once you have clicked to check out, you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. You will need to agree to these terms and conditions to enable your order to be processed.

Downloadable pdf reports
There are different prices for each Technical Report. The price for the report(s) that you wish to purchase will be displayed against the named reports in the ordering process list. VAT will be levied in addition on UK and EU orders.
When payment has been authorised, you will be given the link to download the reports . You will also be sent an email confirming your order and giving you the link to access the report(s) you have purchased. The Report(s) will be available for download for up to 5 days after the issue to you of the email.
You will be responsible for the provision of the necessary software and equipment to enable you to download your Report(s).
Our reports are prepared in colour to allow greater clarity of analysis and process schematics. If you choose to print a report on a black and white printer you should experiment with the different settings options for rendering colour based information within the print dialogue box, to optimise readability. Juniper does not provide customer support in relation to these matters. Nor do we provide black and white versions of our reports.

Printed and CD-ROM reports
These are only available for Juniper's earlier reports, subject to availability. If the printed format is no longer available, we reserve the right to offer you a CD-ROM format as an alternative. You will be sent an email to confirm the order and the format available.
Once payment has been received, the reports will be despatched to you from our offices. Ordinary postage is included in the price of the goods. Courier is available at an additional cost. VAT will be levied in addition on UK and EU orders for CD-ROM products.
Any customs duties or other taxes which are levied when the product reaches your geographical area are payable by the customer.

We accept the following credit cards on the website in payment: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US dollars or your own country's currency.
Shipping And Handling There is no shipping charge for downloadable products. Ordinary postage is included in the cost of physical products. Courier is available for physical products at an additional charge.
Delivery Schedule There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until you make payment for the Products. Once we have received payment from you for a downloadable pdf report, you will be advised, both on the website, and by email, of the link to use to enable you to download the report. You have up to 120 hours (5 days) in which to download the report. If the ordering process fails, please contact us and we will email a copy of the report to you.

If you order the report by purchase order, we will email the report to you. Payment is required within 30 days of the date of our invoice.

We will process your order for a physical product on the first business day after your order has been placed. You should receive the report(s) within seven days from this date. If you do not order a courier delivery, it can take over 7 days for goods to reach some international destinations.

Tax Charges Customers from outside the EU are not charged sales tax (VAT) on any of our products. CD-Roms and downloads attract VAT (sales tax) in the UK and in the EU. All UK customers will be charged VAT. EU customers who are VAT registerered should select the exempt box and enter their VAT number. You will then not be charged VAT.

Printed products are exempt from sales tax (VAT).

You may also be charged a levy or tax by your local customs officials on physical products when they enter your country's boundaries. These have nothing to do with Juniper and any such levies are your responsibility to pay.
Credit Card Security Juniper uses the Protx secure payment gateway. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
